This is the second time we have engaged HQF Lawyers, and we remain grateful for their diligence and professionalism. I particularly appreciate the consistent care and guidance provided each time. In our recent property sale, Carolyn was an excellent communicator from go to whoa, guiding me through every stage with clarity and reassurance. Thank you.

I found HQF Lawyers to be extremely professional with a genuine, compassionate, and efficient manner. My matter was (we all agreed) a fairly unique case where I popped up out of the blue, at what was to be, the closing Court stages.
Brett, Kylie and Emma were always contactable and were prompt in responding to my queries. Many documents had to be witnessed, verified, signed and their instructions were always clear and concise. I live interstate but this did not prove to be a hinderance in any way.
I would 100% recommend HQF Lawyers and feel very grateful for them to have handled my lengthy involved family matter.

We recently worked with this HQF Lawyers to assist their client with locating beneficiaries from New Zealand. Their instructions were always clear and succinct, they responded promptly to any queries, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. We highly recommend them and look forward to working together again in the future.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at HQF Lawyers. Especially Kylie and Emma for their level of care and professionalism they helped me get through a very difficult time. Their communication and detail at each stage made me feel they were in control and the end result proved this. I would highly recommend this company.

We used HQF Lawyers for the purchase of our first home on the Gold Coast and couldn't be happier with the experience. Brett handled our conveyancing from start to finish — he explained every step of the process in plain English, was always available when we had questions, and made sure settlement went through without a hitch. What impressed us most was how proactive he was in flagging issues with the contract before we'd even thought to ask. We've since referred friends for property transfers and lease reviews, and they've had the same experience. Highly recommend HQF for anyone needing a property lawyer in Coolangatta or anywhere on the southern Gold Coast. Much love from myself and the family.
