Brett is the firm’s Legal Practice Director and Principal Solicitor. He acts for clients in estate litigation and will disputes – contested estates, family provision claims and related disputes – guiding them through what is often a stressful and emotional process.
Alongside his estate litigation work, Brett advises on business and commercial matters and on property and conveyancing, acting for individuals, families and businesses across the southern Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales.
As Principal, Brett oversees HQF’s full range of services: wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, business and property law, bringing personal approach to every matter.
